BB Bold 9900 freezing on start up after battery pull

Hi,

I recently got my phone serviced and I just got it back today and they were able to fix the problem.

I plugged my BB Bold 9900 in the computer to restore all my settings.

Once everything was restored I sent through my phone and it all seemed to be there.  I decided to do a battery pull just to refresh the phone and ever since that my phone is freezing on the start up screen.

 

12 mins have passed so far and nothing is happening????

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi & thanks for your POST..!!

 

I would suggest you to again pull battery and re-insert it after a min, if it still doesn't boot then please try to boot it in safe mode.
