Hi. I've just had my new BB Bold 9900 a week ago and have problems with my emails. When I send an email or forward a received email, the email is received garbled at the other end. It's happened 4 days out of 7 days that I've had the phone. Took it to the vodafone store and they re-downloaded the BB software - it worked for a day and was back to the garbled messages. Now I am told it might be conflicting with probably the Arabic language I had downloaded.
Anyone experienced such a problem? Any help to sort this out will be greatly appreciated.

Are you sending the email in Arabic text? Does the recipient have a BlackBerry? What type of email address are you using?
