BB Bold 9900 jvm error 117 - reset

Hi everyone,

 

Please does anyone know about the error 117 with reset and how to fix the error.

 

I would appreciate your help and assistance.

Hey marery,

 

This sounds like a software issue. 

 

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.

I did more than once, format and reload the existing software, but the problem persists.

 

Any other advises, please ......

also I have this problem and it makes me nervous

i tried all that solutions before but still happening

i think it need a solution from system makers ... there is a problem inside the software
i have the latest version from RIM website...

by the way ,, my device is Bold 9900

I have also experienced the jvm error 117 on my 9900.

I've got my phone for 3 months now and happend to me twice!

 

Also, when ever cleaning my log there is also 2 errors

I have the same problem on my 9360 andit only happens when I am streaming if the internet I also need to find out how to fixit
