I think that on the Orange Livebox there is a button to press to allow new devices to associate with it. There will be two buttons next to the USB port. One labeled "1" and the other labeled "2". Press button "1" down and one of the lights on the top will start to flash. Now try and join the Bold to the wireless network. I think you have a about 120 seconds to connect before it times out and you have to press the button again.
