Hi,
I am unable to understand the v5.0.0.554 firmware features.
Can anyone please explain the use of updating the s/w v5.0.0.351 to v5.0.0.554.......?

Your Network service provider will often release updates to implement any changes and improvements.

The carrier very rarely gives out the change logs on the OS that was given to them by RIM.
if you dig around, you can find out what others think of the version.
