my issue is the following:
i've replaced the SIM cardin my Bold 9900. After entering the SIM pin code, I need to sign in with my BB ID account. But it tells me the password is incorrect. Even after I've changes the password in the BB ID and reentered this password, I'm not able to log in.
what could be the solution?

When we Replace our SIM card it will prompt to enter the BlackBerry ID associated with the device, and it is only you who know the exact password ,If you are unable to enter those fields and reseting password also fails to solve the issue then no other option but to wipe and create a new BlackBerry ID.
