Many thanks for looking into it.
I am in Kuwait and I'm using an unlocked (sim based) bold 9700 with Wataniya Telecom, which is a gsm based network. I tried another launcher from another website and it worked. Now I have BB Maps launcher in the menu.
May I take this opportunity and ask you if it is possible to download maps into blackberry like nokia?

Can you answer the question I asked originally, above?
In the future, please learn to create your own thread when you have your own personal issue to discuss... even if your issue might be "similar" the originally posted. yours is not the same, and posting in a existing thread like this just clutters the original posters thread.
The "New Message" link is at the top left of each forum section page.

Hi,
I downloaded the launcher in my BB from the following link:
http://www.gln.bz/ads.nsf/bbmapslaunch.jad
It downloads and installs the file and the link appears in the downloads folder.
Hope it works for you.
Cheers!
