BB World email access

How do I change my BB ID and password on my bold, I forgot the password and what I have written down as the password will not work. I spent 2 hrs in the Verizon store with BB support on the phone and got nothing accomplished!! I am soooooooo fustrated!!! I cannot access BB world to get a new app until I can sign in and I can't sign in unti I set up a new ID or remember the password!!!! :Helpsmilie:

Before changing your BlackBerry ID please try reseting your BlackBerry ID pasword :

 

KB26361   How to change or reset a BlackBerry ID password.

 

If your BlackBerry ID is an hosted email address then have a look at this Knowledge base :

 

KB28111 :  Unable to reset BlackBerry ID password when using a BlackBerry hosted email address.

 

So please try it and let us know if you have any trouble.
