My "guess" is that there is a server slowdown on the particular server your account is on. It may straighten itself out. There is no control over it on the user side.

Weird thing is that I never had any delay problem in nearly 3 years on my Curve with the same email account and the same Network ...

Yup, fingers crossed that's all it is. As to your OS version, you're all up to date and good to go there...

I did notice that when I set up my Gmail account on my Torch, it took a couple of minutes for the test emails to hit my BlackBerry. Conversely, going from Gmail to my Hotmail/Outlook accounts, the emails were delivered instantly. So it might just be a delay until everything is fully synched to your device.

I do hope you're right...first tried to set up email account on the new Bold yesterday, how much longer can it take!?!

Liking the Bold less and less by the minute to be honest!
