Hey Smartmark, have both of these apps worked for you in the past?
First I'd say Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.
After that if still not working, there's a new version 18.104.22.168 of BBMessenger available today, download it from AppWorld or from www.blackberry.com/messenger

Yes, both services were working properly & as it relates to the reboot I did that on countless occasions nothing change. Currently I can only send/receive emails & i use the internet icon to access my FB account. I'm going to try download the new BB app & see how it goes. Thanks in advance.
