Hi, my BB9780 turns off automatically randomly whenever I pick a call, click on some icon...I then have to remove the battery and start again, which takes a very good amount of time. Please send me a solution.

I'd recommend starting with deleting all third party applications and themes and rebooting and see then if the rebooting continues.
If it does, please post back. You likely will need to wipe and reload the operating system.

Tried, didnt work. It still switches itself off. Sometimes in the holster itself.

Have tried everything, even re installed the OS. Still the same issue persists. Taking it to the service center.

There is one other option on this if you wish to proceed before the service center.
You will need to use BBSAK or JL_Cmder to wipe the device and subsequently load the OS to the device. Follow the instructions here:

I tried the below steps. A very peculiar observation. I wiped my phone clean using bbsak and reloaded the OS. I forgot to set up the email account or rather move the email account. A day passed without the email account being setup and the phone worked perfectly fine. However after I setup the email account and after receiving the emails, the phone switched off as usual. And the issue has now come back.
Any thoughts?
