Hi Folks,
Can I turn off the keystroke click on my BB9900? I haven't found it and it is irritating in meetings
Thanks

Options, Typing and Input, Keyboard, uncheck keytone.
If trackpad makes sound too, go to Options, Typing and Input, Trackpad sensitivity, and uncheck audible roll

Hi,
Thanks for this. I have check this and it is already unchecked. Any other thoughts welcome.

oh, you mean the actual keys make a sound when you press down? I thought you meant the audible sounds that are available when typing.

Wolf359, Yes I did the actual click is quite noticeable and also more than on my BB9700. Stops me dealing with emails in meetings as it disturbs others

Wolf359, I hope you are right. For now I will just have to sit away from Ministers so they don't notice. Have a good day.

Easiest way is to go into 'Options' > 'Call Management' > 'TTY'. If you enable TTY it mutes the keypad and trackpad. Only found this out because mine was silent and I wanted to hear the keypad clicks, and found that mine had TTY enabled!
