BB9900 everything OK but camera

I purchased my brand new 9900 in saturday. When I bought it there was a quick overview of the phone before I got it. I dont remember did I checked the camera but later I realized the camera wont operating. I read a lot of problems from the past I cant believe this fault remained in the present...

 

Also the problem is: the camera/video/flashlight doesnt working. It says: "Could not start the camera. Close other application and try opening the camera again". I updated the soft to the 7.1.0.714, I hard reseted the device and so on.

 

What should I do before - tomorrow - I take it back to the reseller (T-Mobile shop)?

That usually indicates a faulty camera module. You can squeeze the area around the camera lens and sometimes that will fix it. if not, you'll need to contact the place of purchase.

Thanks! I'm wondering how can be the - former - top modell be faulty! I tried squeeze it but nothing.

Any piece of equipment or machinery can break. I fly airplanes that cost $20 million and they break too.

You will need to contact your wireless service provider for warranty replacement.
