BB9900 stolen & need 2 answer please

Hey xD

 

My love bb9900 is gone....STOLEN!!!

 

1. Question:

How can I block my bb pin so that no one can use my phone... BUT my provider tolled me ....they can´t block my phone...!!! :smileysad:(((     ( i´m surching it with bbprotect)

 

2. Question:

Today I bougt a new one... now my question: Should I make a new account for my new bb or should I sign in with my old account....But my problem is....If i sign in with my old account....can I still surch my phone through bb protect?????

1 - Your carrier is wrong. They're the ones who can block your phone's PIN. Even if they call RIM to do it, go through them.
2 - Use your old BlackBerry ID, and yes you can still use BlackBerry Protect to search for your phone.
