Im having a problem re-activating my BBM. It ran out over 2 months ago, now I thought to get it back, so I topped my phone up £5 and I texted orange, "start bb" and they returned a text saying, "we have received your request and stuff blah blah, then. It said the changes to your BB could take up to 24 hours. It has been 2 days now and it still hasn't activated my bbm. I tried battery pulling and resetting my phone but nothing seems to work. I could do with some advice or help. Don't want to call them because it costs money and I only have enough credit for bbm...

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! But, from what you said, I have doubts...and no solutions either. ALL of your services are delivered to your BB by your mobile service provider...hence, only they can resolve why they are not doing so.
