BBM Application Issue

Dear Sir,

 

I am facing a major issue with the bbm application in my bold 9900. I have quite a few friends in my bbm list who receive my message. But when they want to message me, it shows a cross on their phone as if i currently do not have the bb service. Please help me out with this asap!

That red cross ON their message TO you, indicates their device had a problem sending the message.

Nothing to do with your device.

But this is happening to quite a few friends. They get this problem only while sending the message to me

however, it's not with every one in my list....... just a few of them!
