BBM Cannot Set Up Issue

Hello,

BlackBerry AppWorld sent me a message saying that i can update my BBM 6 to 7, i read the decription and i liked it. so i decided to download BBM 7, when i finished downloading, i opened it and a blue screen appeared writing "Setting Up BBM" this thing appeared for hours and it didn't set. i tried fixing the issue but nothing worked. I used my BlackBerry Curve 9360 and Bold 9900 and both of them wouldn't work. Would really appreciate it if someone can sort this problem so i can get access to my BlackBerry Messenger.

is your 9360 current connected to WiFi? Turn off the WiFi connection and try again ONLY using the mobile network.

 

ALSO:  On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?

"available" is not an option, should be "Mobile Network" or "Wifi". Please check again.

No clue what you mean by Version 7. BBM or the OS?

 

Check this, at your Options > BlackBerryID, is your BBID setup correctly?

Bbm version 7, I'm downgrading to bbm version 6 now to see if that works, its taken 30mins already and isn't sycn to my email
