Hi I have a blackberry 8900. Not sure if its a bold or curve its my brothers old phone..he says its a bold but cant seem to find a 0900 bold but I can in a curve.
Anyway my bbm has stopped working - I topped up my credit on Thursday 26th and its onlyjust taken the money for it today...I've also removed the battery several times & re-booted but still bbm isnt working.
Anyone got any tips to what I can try please?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you contact your mobile service provider for formal support...they are 100% responsible for the delivery of ALL services and ALL formal support to you.

All was going well untill I reached step two as I also have lost my email connection too - so I could not go any further -Huff! So maybe I should just contact my service provider and see if they can shed any light on the situation.
