BBM New Message Icon

hey friends,

jus noticed that my BBM keeps on show that i have a message (icon) on the home screen but when i go into it there is nothing. i mean the messages are either all ready or deleted.

i even tried completely restarting the phone (battery and SIM) and deleting all my msgs too

but it still shows.

the icon is dosent have a red star so its more like an unread message than a new message.

i think....

can any one help?

Hi,

Try going into your message folder, not the folder for your BBM, this usually has a list of all your messages in it including facebook, ping, BBM etc, once in the folder you should be presented with all messages set to appear in there. Press the 'U' key on your keyboard & it should show you any unread messages or inform you that all ypur messages have been read.
