No one here can tell you how your BES admins have configured their system. It is possible for BES to log everything you do on your BB and there is nothing you can do about it. It is also possible that your BES admins are logging nothing. But, again, no one here can possibly know that answer.
Basically, as a member of a corporate BES environment, you are subject to whatever policies and restrictions that exist. Anyone on BES really should treat their BB not as their own, but as their employers (or whatever the entity is that is providing BES). Don't do things on the BB that you don't want them to know about.
