BBM V6 cannot send pictures or files

Can anyone help ?

 

I have bold 9780 and since upgrading to operating system 6 and bbm v6 I cannot use the send button when sending pictures.

 

When I go into my app world to try and uninstall bbm there is no delete or uninstall button so I am stuck. I have tried to take the battery out and re boot but this does not work

Hi Nikki-P

 

Go to Options>Device>Application Management to uninstall BBM.  After doing so, go to www.blackberry.com/bbm from your BlackBerry Browser to reinstall it.

I have this problem too..

uninstall and install again... Won't solve this issue...

Till now, I don't know what I have to do...

Do you install some apps like buddy guard or call blocker? I suspect some apps cause this problem..
