First and foremost, I have full wifi bars on my phone. This is both on my home network and work network.
My phone is fully updated and I'm running BBM 220.127.116.11
I can't get any access to BBM voice chat. I always have the grey bard in the top right of my status that says "your voice chat connection cannot be established"
Can anyone offer some assistance in this regard?

With a strong carrier network signal, I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

Sad to say that the problem has come back.
Now I am having problems connecting on all 3 of my wifi networks.... both at home, and my two office locations.
Netgear at the office and D-Link at home.
I've tried steps above, they seem to work for a day and then they go back down. I've tried battery pulls, following the instructions again but no success.
Anything else to try short of re-installing the operating system (probably a corrupt file somewhere although I am not receiveing any error messages on start up) and then re-installing the BBM upgrade.

Given that things worked before, and then stopped, leads me to believe more in a service issue than a local one...but, you might still review this:
If things worked fine in a specific location, and now they've stopped, you might also try Safe Mode:
It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, see what happens.
I'm honestly not sure if BBM and Chat should even work in Safe Mode, but if it does, then think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.
