BBM - Voice chat

I recently did an back up of my phone via app world, there was a auto downgrade of the OS which has caused my BBM Voice chat to stop working, error msg is “Your voice chat failed due to a problem with the network connection"

 

Please help me....

Is your device connected to WiFi at the time?

 

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?

yes wifi is always on and the blackberry internet service says wi-fi

Let me suggest you

  • delete BBM from Options > Device > Application Management.
  • Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
  • Then using your browser, go to www.blackberry.com/bbm and redownload and isntall BBM again.
