Can you explain more in depth what is happening in BBM?  Do you receive a red clock or X when sending BBM messages?  Also can you send me a private message with your PIN number so I can investigate.

I do not use bbm, i have hooked up with my service provider for that . What really happened is that my bb kept freezing up, showing something like an 'H' and my battery life was not lasting. I would charge it and within an hour or two I had to charge it again. . So I started opening all the apps to see what the problem could be, and when i opened the bb messenger app that is where I saw the  message "Associating blackberry messenger  with your bb id" with a rotating circle. I dont know for sure if this is causing the problem but that was the only thing i saw differently.,
