after i tried to update my bbm to 7.0.0.1.2 i cant access my bbm. it brings an error message bbm failed to register with the bbm service. registration is necessary to use features of this application. please ensure your device time is correctly set, open the my profile screen and check the bbm registratiion status and if i press ok it says associating bbm with your blackberry id.
i receive bbm chats but i cant open my bbm so i cant view my chats.
thanks i need help urgently. i am in Nigeria

Have you already verified in Options > Display > Date and Time that both your time and time zone are correct?

In that case, I would recommend contacting your network provider for further investigation into this issue.
