Hello! yesterday night I was messaging on BBM and for some reason my messages stopped delivering. I get the check next to what i typed but no D or R. it takes from 2 hours to 6 for one of my messages to arrive! this happens with all of my BBM contacts which i thought was pretty weird because i can receive their messages at once. I have whatsapp and i can text from there normally and all my other apps work normally.

 BBM version: 6.0.1.32

 OS: 5.0.0.979

 Bold 9700

Hi there,

Start by trying a battery pull - while the device is on, remove the battery for 15-30 seconds, then reinsert and wait for the device to reboot.

If that doesn't help, go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table, then press the BB menu button and select Register Now. Once your device has re-registered on the BlackBerry network, go to your Email Settings app, log in if required, then press the BB Menu button and select Service Books. Resend your service books.

That should do it, but if not, let us know.
