BBM not working on our Bold 9700

I have two bold 9700 that will not let me have BBM on both phones. It says 

Your Blackberry ID blablabla is already associated with BBM on another device. Do you want to switch your BBM information to your current device.

Note: you can only use your Blackberry ID with BBM on one device at a time.

 

Then it has two buttons Device switch or cancel

 

Can anyone help me?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

I think that the message is clear -- one BBID per device. You must choose which device will keep the existing BBID, and create a new BBID for the other device. If you select Cancel, it should allow you to proceed through to creating a new BBID for that device. If it does not allow that, you may have to WIPE the device so as to start over completely clean.
