BBM not working

So I upgraded my bbm to bbm7 beta and since then my bbm isn't working. I downloaded it, installed it and now I'm stuck on the associating bbm with your blackberry id step. It says "BlackBerry Messenger failed to register with the BlackBerry Messenger service. Registration is necessary to use the features of this application. Please ensure your device time is correctly set, open the MyProfile screen and check the BlackBerry Messenger Registration Status" My service books got sent again and I've rebooted 6 times. My text messages and email icons have also become grey. What do i do?

Re: BBM not working

Downgrade back to BBMv6.

  • From Options > Device > Applications, delete your BBMv7
  • Reboot (powered on, remove the battery for a minute).
  • Using your BlackBerry browser, go to www.blackberry.com/bbm and download and install.
