BBM problem

trying to set up Blackberry messenger , but after step 2 a message appear "a temporary BBM server error has occured" or sometimes " connect to wi-fi " and i am connected that time, cant find buton to remove this messenger , might new installation would work? please help :smileyhappy:

Yes reinstalling BlackBerry Messenger might help , but first can you confirm you already have BlackBerry Data Plan in your account from your Carrier ?
