I just got a new - unlocked - Blackberry Bold 9790 (I previously had a HTC when I bought the battery I just put my old simcard in it) and I tried to set up BBM, so I created a new BlackBerry ID and a BBM and it worked at first but when I exited and then came back onto BBM it said "Associating BBM with your BlackBerry ID" and it has said so for several hours. I have WiFi AND 3G so I don't understand what's wrong, it won't let me do anything else in the app and I have tried turning the BlackBerry off and on again and even pulled the battery, but it hasn't worked. Please help

On, when I turned it back on after it came up with load bar across the screen

contact the network provider and activate the blackberry internet service... hope that helped ![]()

Hi,
Just open this link in your pc and send mail to your e-mail then open your email from your blackberry open the mail that you recieved just download the BBM and when replace option come click on replace after installation click on Reboot and then open your BBM it will start working like before.......just now solved this problem was trying last two nights ........Hope this will help you
