Yeah i called them an hour ago, bb are going to call me back within 48hrs.

 

Will keep you posted on what they say.

Just an update, turns out it was a service provider problem......

 

They refunded me this months BIS charge for the inconvenience....all back to normal now.

Yes they had this issue but you know it already. Smiley Happy
I had the same problem and when I tried to call them there was a voice saying that they are experiencing problems with BIS.
