Sometimes i have trouble hearing persons on the other end and they have the same with me. i tried everything and noticed that when i do a battery pull while the phone is on the problem is fixed.

I dont want to have to reboot the phone everytime i get or have to make a call. Can this be fixed?

I recommend you reload your software through blackberry desktop software.

Here's a link to download bb desktop software.

http://us.blackberry.com/software/desktop.html

 

once downloaded, plug your phone in and find update in the toolbar. If no updates are avalible, please select another version.
