Can anyone please guide me as my blackberry Bold 9000 which was bought last month unlocked AT&T phone has not been switching on everytime i try to switch it on the light comes on with a white screen and the processeing clock shows then it switches off and led red light turns on for 2-3 seconds and then again the white screen with processing comes back this is happening since past 3 hours have tried battery pull changing diff company sim nothing is working , please advise as this is a gift and don't want to loose it.
