BOLD 9780 OUTLOOK CONTACT SYNC GOT SUCK

IT JUST WONT WORK, EVEN I REINSTALL BLACKBERRY DESKTOP SOFTWARE... IT JUST STUCK... ANY IDEA WHY?

BTW, SINCE IT DIDNT WORK, I ALSO TRIED TO IMPORT MY OUTLOOT CONTACTS INTO MY GMAIL CONTACTS AND SYNC IT VIA BIS... BUT THE CONTACTS WONT SYNC AND APPEAR IN MY DEVICE, ANY IDEA WHY TOO?

What version of the BlackBerry Desktop Software are you using?

Does it only stick at this point in the screen capture, or do you ever see any error messages?

NO ERROR MESSAGE EVER PROMPTED.. IT JUST GOT STUCK.. IM USING THE LATEST VERISON. 7.0

1. PLEASE turn off your ALLCAPS key when typing in the Forum. Thanks, I'm sure you're not yelling at us as the all caps makes it appear.

 

2. First, easiest thing to suggest, is to

  • Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
  • Turn off and reboot your PC.
  • Reconnect to the Desktop Software and attempt the organizer sync once again

Have you tried installing the Desktop Software v6.1 and does it perform the organizer sync correctly?
