BOLD 990 HELP

I have two issues but one that i wondered if anyone could help with tonight. My keypad has gone very sensitive, I have adjusted the touch screen sensitivity and the track pad but the whole phone esp. near the send button as that where it seems to be the worse place. Its driving me mad as I can txt without sending ten or bbm and now after doing updates etc it is still doing this.

 

The second issue id just like to report somewhere? As this is the 4th new bold I have been given and all of then after time have had the issue of music stopping. The sound just stops mid play after a while but continues to show as playing, then if anyone calls or I want to call out, neither people can hear each other. Only way out is a reboot which tells me it is not the speakers but then as I said all four phones have had this issues now.

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

 

I would suggest doing a clean reload of the BlackBerry® device software as shown here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320. Please test before restoring any data to the device.

If this resolves the issue do a selective restore of essential data (Address Book, Calendar, Task, Memos, BBM contacts etc.)

If the issue still persists after the reload, further investigation might be required. To help further diagnose the cause, contact your wireless service provider or BlackBerry® Technical Support Services for further review and support.
