I just downloaded the latest software for my bold 9900 - the result has been that the phone is now constantly taking photos with no other functionality ; I have tried taking out the battery but when I re insert the battery and re log into the phone it just resumes snaping photos - ANY IDEAS AND HELP ; IT
Try a security wipe to your phone. Options > Security > Security Wipe. But make sure that you have a backup of your device data before having a security wipe.
