BOLD 9900 NOT LOADING

hello,

I've been having problems with my bold 9900. It went off about 3 days ago due to low battery. I charged but it got stuck at the loading screen on reboot. about 75% i think.

I came online for a solution, I tried everything these last 2 days. From battery pull to upgrading os to downgrading. still no life. and with the os repair, it gets stuck at the reboot section just when it is almost done. requests for a password which i do not understand as there is no where to enter a password nor is there any password on my bb. can any one help? it seems the only thing left to try is wiping my bb but the JL_cmd does not seem to be working on my windows 8.1 laptop. Can anyone pls help?

Hardware Fault take it back to your courier

Have you try Safe Mode? How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode

Was actually hoping I would not have to go to the courier.

It seems the safe mode option is also not working. I have been trying for about 15minutes

Naasei0 the very best advice I would give you is to take back to your courier ,does it have valid warrant? Seems to be there's a hardware fault
