BOLD 9930 - UNABLE TO OPEN SETUP FEATURE FOR EMAIL ACCOUNTS

My Email Accounts Icon will not open under Setup on my Bold 9930.  Neither the push-to-touch or the hot button will open this set-up Icon.  All other set-up Icons work okay.

 

I've completely removed the battery and SIM card, but the problem remains.

 

Any other ideas other than to have Verizon do a complete reboot?

 

PS...Verizon tech support is useless...for all intents and purposes they have abandoned Blackberry.

head to blackberry.com/integrate from the device and try to setup the email from there.

I don't know why Verizon is not assisting you.  You're a paying customer!  Sorry to hear that.

That solution works to adjust email settings, but it does not fix the Bold's Email Setup Icon problem.  Thanks for the work around!

Good deal.  The only way I know to fix the setup issue is to wipe the blackberry and do a software reload.
