When landing in Germany and switching on the phone and trying to send an sms got this error message "Uncaught exception:java.lang.NullPointerException", after several attempts I restarted the phone an the sms icon diappeared from the menu. I can send sms though through email application, but don't receive them any more, because there is obviously no place where they can go now.. when doing the following messages-view folder-inbox sms again this Uncaught exception:java.lang.NullPointerException appears.. PLEASE HELP((((((((

Hi,
I am experiencing the same problem. My sms icon disappeared overnight, all my media files were erased from the device and all my Blackberry Messenger contacts were erased... All in all not a good day. If you find a solution please share!!I will try calling BB support and get this resolved.
