BOLD9000 Outlook Sync Issues and App World

Dear Fellow Users,

 

I have just started using a BB after 2.5 years of iphone. Its a big improvement. Less messing around stroking the screen.

 

1st. issue: I cant get it to sync with my outlook. I have a 4 year old acer, with windows 7 ultimate and office 2003.

 

the BB power cable wont connect. I got bluetooth to work but still no sync. Ive downloaded BB desktop software.

 

2nd issue: BB App World has dissapeared from my screen. How to get it back???

 

3rd issue  how do I increase the memory?

1. To address the issue you are having synchronizing, can you please verify that you are using a datasync USB cable and not a charge only cable?
