So you upgraded to a Bold 9790 ? Have you restored all of your application as you have on your old Curve using a Switch device wizard or from your Backup ?
You can to think carefully and have to remember for any application after which issue appeared , Or Delete all third party application from your device , Reboot your device then install a fresh copy of each application from BlackBerry World . But one at a time , it will help you to figure the culprit app. It might be a issue of Device or OS compatibility with any installed app .
