Hi people,

 

Ive been having this issue and have just resovled it... "unkown error"

 

Its so annoying!!

 

In order to complete a successfull backup, you will need to format your device memory MENU, OPTIONS, MEMORY, OPTIONS, THEN FORMAT DEVICE MEMORY.

 

You will not lose any data stored on your device, but i would recommend you make a backup, before you FORMAT device memory, i understand that you will get "unkown error" but it will back up all the rest of yor data on the computer.
