Bbm not working

Hello I really like my blackberry, and everything was working great, then it stop sending bbm messages (it would put a red X next to the message). I tried pulling the battery, registering to the network again, deleting Bbm n re installing it, so I decided to just do a factory reset, since after I did the wipe and I press the Bbm icon a blue screen comes up and says "setting up bbm" n it just loads and stays loading and nothing happens. I do use bbm A LOT,
