Bbm stopped working/ temporary system error

Hey my bbm just stopped working and I tried downloading it again but when I enter my bb I'd it starts setting it up for like 20 min and then just says temporary server error. I've been battering with this the entire day can someone please help me. The blackberry sign is there next to the signal strength thingy and I've read all the posts about this and no ones solutions seem to work. Please help

Try connecting to a Wi-Fi network so you can access quickly and finish configuring the BBM.

Another is to remove and reinstall BBM followed this login to a network wi.-fi to sync fast BBID your account and you can access the BBM.
