Being in a different country

Hi, I bought my BB in South Africa and have come to America for the year. My phone is not on roaming because there is WiFi throughout the house. My bbm gets connected to the WiFi and works perfectly :smileyhappy:. Although today I turned my phone off and took the battery out to reboot it... When it turned on again, my bbm refuses to work. All my other Apps work and going onto the Internet works, it's just bbm. Can u suggest what needs to be done? Tank you

Re: Being in a different country

Hello Brittmeugs and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your device.

Do you get a red X when you go to send a BBM or a small red clock? Is there any error message displayed?

What's your device software version and BBM version?

Thanks!

Re: Being in a different country

Can you clarify what you mean by "I cannot get into my bbm at all"? Are you unable to open the application? Are you getting an error?

Please provide more information so I can better assist.

Thanks!
