Hi Experts

My issue is similar to the one in the link above.

I have got blackberry bold 9780 ,,,,,received (not draft) SMS text after while turn to green icon and they are not readable

Is this normal ?

Hello zillah,

Go to the SMS conversation that is listed as green, place your cursor in the open messaging field, press the back space key a few times and back out of the message.

Does it still appear as green?

 I tried what you suggested then I pressed the back space key as in the snapshot below
