BlackBerry Bold connection problems

Hello

 

I have a customer with a BB Bold.
It's a very nice device but there seems to be a problem with connectivity.

When my customer is making a phone call, the connection sometimes cuts off.
It seems like it only happens when changing to another antenna. (mobile network) 

 

Does anyone know a solution to fix this?

Does it happen even the coverage is 100% ?

 

Such situations may happen in areas where is not good coverage, like in buildings, subways, etc

I don't think it's a coverage problem because it's not my customer's first BlackBerry.

Don't know if there is already a fw update but will try to check that first.

If you can, change the device and try with another one if they have the same problem.
