I'm using the new Blackberry 9900 and it says I can't login to my ID ... now I can't get latest update on the app and the machine is lagging .... This is BAD!!! I can't seem to be able to locate any support email where I can inquire on any solution ....

Previously are you using another blackberry?? If you are u need to inform your network supplier that you change your device only your bb id can work.
About the lag thing try doing a battery pull restart. Make sure your phone is on when you do a battery pull
