Blackberry 9790 doesn`t work

the 11th of September 2012 I bought a blackberry (throughout amazon.it) to bring it in Paris, where I`m working with. Since few days when I turn on it, it doesn`t work (black screen without the status indicator, two times red led). I tried without success to do the update with your web site: can you please give me an address here in Paris to fix it? I really need it for my work. Thank you in advance T

Plug your BlackBerry® smartphone into your wall charger, remove then reinsert the battery then hold down the end call button for 15 seconds.
