Can someone please share the escalation matrix / contact id or phone number of someone responsible in Blackberry company.
My handset is not working properly and Customer Service Centre in Gurgaon is giving extremely poor response. Moreover, they are not willing to share any contact info of any manager or anyone responsible. When asked, they respond with "There is no manager as of now"!! Similarly, blackberry representatives in stores are also not sharing any contact info of anyone.
We are getting wrong statement from Blackberry service center.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
